Amazing service and food! Santos was so incredibly kind, positive, and professional. He was talking to every guest and checking to make sure that everyone was enjoying their food and visit - BEST customer service I’ve ever seen! Also, the restaurant was super clean and the food was delicious!
My first italian beef sandwich, I took it fully dipped. The bread was holding up, it was wet and tender. The flavors were great, not hot, the spices brought a nice heat, loved it. Surcharge of 0.75 for a few sweet peppers though ..
Buona is pretty fire and I’m glad they ended up putting on at this location. We usually like getting the salads here with extra Italian beef on top. The presentation when you pull it out of the bag too is just mouthwatering too. Looks so fire. I also felt a little frisky the other night and ordered their Chicago style dog for some reason. It was actually pretty dang good for a quick bite.
Buona has the best beef in Chicagoland! I love their beef, sausage, carb-less bowls, salads and lets talk about pizza.. italian beef and peppers on an incredible dough.. or a margarita... cooked in a brick fired oven. The real deal, always fresh. Nice people, clean restaurants, what more can i say? I started as a fan in Berwyn and been on the journey all along. Best food hands down. Thanks for coming out to St. Charles. Now I dont have to drive far!!
PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING AS I SHOULD HAVE DONE.... Hello, I am writing this to THANK the kind lady who drove over to my house on Friday evening the 22nd, to deliver an order of Fries that were left off of the order by the drive-up crew. In this situation, I had to pull to a curb to wait for the order, and when I received it, a receipt was attached with check marks stating all my items that I ordered were inside. After returning home, it turned out the fries were not put in the bag. I called the store to inform them of the issue and requested to deliver them if possible, since I could not step away for a second time. Normally, I would have accepted credit back to my CC but I made a promise to get the Grand Kids them. To my surprise and extreme satisfaction the fries were delivered along with some other benefits that more than made up for this simple mistake. I offered to tip long before knowing all of this, but that was rejected. Nonetheless, I am very impressed with the above and beyond customer service that remedied this small inconvenience. I did not go inside to be able to rate the Atmosphere. Thanks again nice lady...
Always fast service. I love there food so much, I visit every week. The avocado chicken bowl, the avocado burger, pastas are all great and the staff is friendly
The Italian Beef is excellent much better than local competitors. I purchase it in bulk every time I have company at my house and everyone loves it. All the other menu items are great as well.
